On April 1, the Thinkrun Group held its 2026 Entrance Ceremony at Resol no Mori in Chiba Prefecture.

This year’s ceremony took place in a grand conference room surrounded by lush greenery, maintaining a solemn and dignified atmosphere. Following the entrance of the new employees, President Daisuke Tsuruga delivered an inspiring welcome message to encourage our newest members. During the presentation of appointment letters, each new hire took their first step as a professional with a look of quiet determination and excitement.

Following the formal proceedings, we held a “Survival Shooting Game” tournament. To foster early bonds, new employees, senior staff, branch managers, and executives were divided into three mixed teams. By sweating together and strategizing across job titles and generations, the initial tension of meeting for the first time quickly vanished, and the venue was filled with cheers and smiles showcasing exceptional teamwork.

Furthermore, our unique approach to this year’s ceremony was covered by NHK’s morning news program, “Ohayou Nippon.” It was broadcast on Saturday, April 11, around 7:00 AM as part of a special feature titled “The Evolution of Entrance Ceremonies.”
